How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to the cart and check out. You'll get an email confirmation right away.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout, including cards, PayPal, Klarna and more.

Are prices incl. VAT?
Yes — all prices include German VAT (19%), and you receive a VAT invoice with your order.

Shipping

Is delivery free?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders over €49. See our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is approx. 20–90 days from your order, depending on the product and destination. You receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 90 days of delivery, free of charge — we cover the return shipping. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies. See our Refund & Return Policy. Note: unsealed filament/resin may be excluded for quality reasons.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — the statutory 2-year warranty for consumer goods in the EU applies.
